1. Reason for sliding hook
1、 The fixing screws of the power supply inlet and outlet wires of the contactor in the tower crane distribution box are loose, the connection bolts of the terminal board have poor contact, and the main contact of the contactor has poor contact P>
2、 The wiring bolts of the motor rotor and stator coil are corroded and have poor contact P>
3、 The wear of the high and low speed motor brake pads exceeds the specified requirements P>
4、 The gearbox gear is damaged and the fixing gear bolts are loose P>
5、 The phase loss protector is not working P>
2. Preventive measures
1、 After the driver experiences a sliding hook phenomenon during work, they should calm down and promptly notify the signal worker to let the ground personnel go away. Operate according to the operating procedures, such as lifting the hook, rotating the arm, and walking the trolley, and place the heavy object in the unmanned area on site P>
2、 Conduct safety inspections before, during, and after work, using visual, auditory, and manual methods P>
3、 Regularly inspect and tighten various line connection points P>
4、 Regularly check whether the brake pads of each brake are normal, whether the motor wiring bolts are in good contact, and whether the main contact of the contactor is in normal contact P>
